All products offered on It'sStudyTime are digital products, including certification practice exams, mock tests, study materials, and interview question sets. These products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access upon purchase.

At It'sStudyTime, we are committed to providing high-quality digital learning materials. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our digital products and services.

2. Digital Products Policy

Since all our products are digital in nature (practice exams, mock tests, study guides, interview questions, etc.) and are delivered instantly upon purchase, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds:

2.1 No-Return Policy for Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Once you have accessed or downloaded the content, the product cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing the purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your report.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged or charged an incorrect amount due to a system error.
  • Product Not as Described: If the content materially differs from the product description in a way that makes it unusable for its intended purpose.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access to the purchased content within 24 hours of purchase and payment confirmation.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after accessing the content
  • Failure to pass a certification exam after using our practice materials
  • Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level or question style
  • Inability to complete the course due to personal reasons
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • After the refund eligibility period has expired (see Section 3)

3. Refund Request Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered, except in cases of billing errors or technical issues that were reported within the 14-day window.

3.1 Limited Access Exception

For refund requests based on dissatisfaction (not technical issues), the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have accessed less than 20% of the purchased content
  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must provide a detailed explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations

These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent months. No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a prorated refund if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • You have not accessed more than 25% of the available content
  • The refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6.2 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:

  • Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions
  • Refunds for bundled products where only part of the bundle was accessed
  • Cases where significant content was consumed before the refund request

7. Free Trial and Free Content

Some of our services may offer free trials or free practice sets. These free offerings are provided as-is, with no refund applicable since there was no purchase. Access to free content may be limited or withdrawn at any time without notice.

8. Account Suspension and Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing login credentials
  • Unauthorized distribution of content
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the platform or other users

You will NOT be eligible for any refund, regardless of the time remaining on your subscription or recent purchases.

9. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Products purchased at a discount or during promotional periods are subject to the same refund policy. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

10. Third-Party Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Razorpay, etc.) to process transactions. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and may affect your eligibility for refunds in the future.
