How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign In" on the homepage, then select "Forgot Password." You'll receive an email with a reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
How does adaptive practice work?
Our curriculum intelligence engine tracks your mastery of each topic. It selects questions at the right difficulty level and uses spaced repetition to schedule revision at optimal intervals, so you retain more while studying less.
Can I use It'sStudyTime on my phone?
Yes! The platform is fully responsive and works on any modern web browser on phones, tablets, and desktops. No app download is required.
How do I link my child's account as a parent?
Register as a parent, then go to Parent Portal → Link Child. Enter the link code that your child can generate from their Parent Link page. Once linked, you'll be able to view their progress.
Is my data safe?
We take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do teachers create assignments?
Teachers can create assignments from the Teacher Portal → Assignments section. Select questions from the question bank or create new ones, set deadlines, and assign them to students.
What subjects and curricula are supported?
We support a wide and growing range of subjects and curricula. Administrators can configure the curriculum structure for their institution. Contact us if you need a specific curriculum added.
How do I cancel my account?
You can delete your account from your Profile settings. All personal data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
