1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using It'sStudyTime ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

It'sStudyTime is a curriculum-intelligence-first learning platform that provides adaptive practice, spaced revision, mastery tracking, AI-powered tutoring, assessments, and educational content management for students, teachers, parents, and administrators.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 require parental consent.
  • One person may not maintain more than one active account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without written consent.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and submit to the Service (e.g., questions, assignments, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

5.2 Teacher and Administrator Content

Teachers and administrators who create questions, assignments, or curricular content acknowledge that such content may be made available to students within the platform as part of the educational experience.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, curriculum structures, algorithms, and branding, is owned by It'sStudyTime and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as adaptive practice, predictions, and an AI tutor. These features are provided for educational assistance and are not a substitute for professional instruction. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be verified. We are not liable for decisions based on AI outputs.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

10. Termination

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT'SSTUDYTIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless It'sStudyTime and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which It'sStudyTime operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms
